Thanks for bumping this. I hadn't voted yet. Definite Physical PS4 copy for me. Pondering a 2nd PS4 copy but this time digital. I find it funny and depressing that, in this survey, the possibly discontinued WiiU version has three times as many votes as the Xbox One. To think that the X1 version was right there on day one and the WiiU was a $3 million stretch goal. I can't say I'm surprised. Castlevanias, especially Igavanias, have a long history on Sony and Nintendo platforms. Has there been any "real" (not Lords of Shadows) Castlevania releases on the Xbox Ecosystem aside from SOTN and HOD? It wouldn't surprise me that a lot of backers have Sony/Nintendo systems. XBone being there at the start makes sense since porting between the PC/PS4/XBone is easier than branching out to the Wii U or Vita. |

That's been all besides a Curse of Darkness port on the Xbox, yes.
That said, a LOT of people got on the Xbox Live SotN port. Harmony of Despair was originally just 360. It has a bit of history there, but yeah...mostly Nintendo and Sony.

I will get a Switch version. I have a feeling it is destined to be made I am wondering about the Wii U version since the game was pushed back to 2018. So far there is no confirmed existence of a switch version. |

I vouched for PC. I want to be able to replay it 10 years in the future.
Also, I expect that endless/roguelike mode to be highly watchable/streamable. Having it on PC just makes everything easier.
I just need an upload speed superior to 0.4mbps by 2018.

Both on PC, one for steam, the other for GoG since I do enjoy having the option to play offline (internet isn't something people should take for granted)..

Redoing this poll eh? Did you record the votes before rebooting it? I finally have an Xbone, and I'm certainly going to get Bloodstained on it. Xbox has been good to IGA. Go look at the  leader board. Who's logo is IGA sporting? Xbox. Who's gave IGA space at E3? Xbox. Sure, SotN was a big hit for Playstation, but what has Playstation done for IGA specific to Bloodstained? Remember their big orchestra opening event where they showcased their upcoming games? Bloodstained wasn't to be found there. Xbox had it in theirs though. The Microsoft stage hosted Ben and IGA for a promotional spot where we saw Zangetsu revealed to the masses. I'm proud to support Bloodstained on Xbox One. I think it's sad that I won't have many (or any) of you to play multiplayer with on that platform. |

I voted for PC and switch, because I could "only" choose 2 systems. Right now I slacker-backed for PC and xb1.
I would play the game mainly on PC and Switch (mobile).
Before the switch announcement my original plan was to back a vita copy later in 2017 as well, but if a switch version is going to happen, I will let my vita collect the dust it deserves.
Now I'm riding on the bloodstained AND the switch hype train. Very unhealthy.

While you can use Xbox handcontroller for the games, I think thats the limit. I do not think you even can play with GoG players while you are on Steam, even though both is on PC. |

The Microsoft assistance has been interesting. I've had a theory for a while that it may be because they mutually benefit from it - Bloodstained needs more exposure (especially to MS console fans), and Microsoft needs all the Japanese games it can get. In Sony's case, there aren't many "new fans" to reach for either side. It's also a good idea for MS to reach out further for more indie project support since the PS4 kind of seems to be outpacing them with that as well. Releases for indies seem to go something like Steam/Sony platforms first and then to the One much later, like a year or more if the game turned out to be a big enough deal.
What might be kind of funny is that you'll have people saying that Bloodstained is "kinda like Ori and the Blind Forest" rather than "like Castlevania".
