So far the demo was good, but I had some issues running the game at 1080 p resolution, my specs are the following:
Intel core i7 4710HQ @ 2.50GHz 8GB RAM DDR3L NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M 2GB
I got it to run at most 30fps and dropped to 15 in some parts.
Also the map had issues showing the position ans shiwing recently discovered areas, and also seems the collision detection on the walls needs a check because miriam can go half through it.

The demo's off to a very promising start. I agree with a lot of genemag's suggestions for polish.
Aside from aiming directional spells with the D-pad/LStick, if you aren't going to use depressing the RStick for anything else, having it also trigger the spell could free up a finger. Or at least add a novelty alternative.
I was once lucky enough to score an Amy shard... but unlucky enough to have it die off screen. There was the burst of red light, and nothing resulting from it. That's a generally unfortunate effect, like casting spells at the edge of a room and it not even getting a sound effect while your MP depletes.
It's possible to get stuck between a thin platform and the edge of the roof in some spots. Miriam is in her crouch animation, but down + jump does not let her pass through below. You can hop backwards out of it when it happens, and it's rare. But it is a bug.
I'm not sure what causes it, but sometimes Miriam gets stuck moving in a direction and has to have the controls jiggled to get her out of it.

Please disable the SteamVR (and other VR plugins) in your build, and I can't launch the game as it always tries to load the SteamVR panel, which forces the game into an unusable state.

There is one strange thing when jumping down to a room which has two platforms to get back to the room above. Sometimes when jumping down you will land on the highest of the two platforms in the room below, sometimes you will land on the lower one. I have tried jumping straight back up again and then jumping down again and have gotten different results, so it doesn't seem to be position based.

Initially I tried using a keyboard for this, so not sure if KB support was added or not. When pressing the "P" key, it would open the map, but pressing it again would not close it. If you press the "N" key, it will open and close the map. Pressing "O" would open menu, but pressing it again would not close the menu. Pressing "B" would open and close the menu. Using "WASD" keys to move character would work. Using the "X" would allow the character to back slide. There seemed to be no key combination to allow the character to slide and move under a low area, like using Down+A on the controller. Spacebar for jumps works. Could only attack using the LMB. Magic attacks didn't seem to fire off using keyboard buttons.
Switching to a PS4 controller I found that sometimes the sword hits were not registering the hits at times. Overall the movement was smooth using the controller.

Whenever I start up the demo, it shows the screen fine until I click it into the foreground. Then my whole monitor goes black and after a while my desktop will show with the game minimized. Seems like I am facing to a very similar problem. In my case, the demo turns to fullscreen without clicking it. Then it gets minimized a few seconds later. I couldn't find a workaround for me. Edit: Sometimes I could start up the demo in background. The screen was displayed fine at left-top of the screen, until I clicked it into the foreground. It seems like the problem is exactly the same.

-Miriam can sometimes execute her slide with her sprite standing, not sliding. It's difficult to replicate, but it happens. -Slide sound effect sometimes doesn't play. -Map shows an exit that doesn't exist in game. Also the map doesn't seem to color in/ not color in exits to a room consistently. -Map doesn't update to show secret room after wall is broken. -Map revealing is a little... eh. -I've had the map shift over a lot, to the point the blue bars are nowhere near the glowing white indicator. I didn't get a screenshot of this, but I see there is an incorrect map issue here already. These are probably intentional, but I'll list them anyway. - Gold count, Monster Kill count, Map Rate and Game Time don't increase - Game uses Unreal Engine logo

The exit in the first image actually does exist.
I just check my map and everything seems to be how it should be. It looks like the map/room broders gets updated when you enter/leave a room.

In windowed mode if I alt-tab out of the game and then go back, the window moves slightly down and right, going further off-screen the more times I do this.

Jumping during the transition between screens can glitch you out to world map. Rare and mostly UE issue itself.

If you kill the Dullahammer with "Cast Amy" and he drops a potion, it is picked up automatically. I guess that is a glitch.

Found a bug. When the "Windows" button (on newer windows PCs) was pressed, the resolution changed. I subsequently used ctl+alt+del+ to go back to the original resolution without closing the game, but when the game resumed, the map was offset, but my position on the map was not offset, forcing the blinking white box (my location) to not line up with the map.

No bugs at all... Animation....looks no great but good.
Specs Windows 7 ultimate AMD A6 8GB RAM 4000 series...runs good.

Something weird happens if you slide on a border, you can even make a mid-air jump if you jump quickly after leaving it.

I ran into some minor performance issues/glitches that people probably already reported. Only two main things. 1. Somehow, my map progress wasn't showing and had no idea how much of the area I mapped (which was also fun because allowed me to explore). 2. I had A LOT of freezing or frame rate drops. Usually happened when I entered a new area or enemies spawned. First time it happened was when I got the fire magic to light the cannon and suddenly I was frozen for 10 seconds. I alt-tabbed, tried to pause, and then suddenly I was back in the game with tons of mortes on me. It also happened way too much during my first run of the boss. I replayed the demo right after and although it improved during the boss fight, still random freezes/stutters. My specs: i5 4670k GTX 770 8GB RAM Overall it was really fun and felt a lot like SotN
