My favourites would be...
1) Steins;Gate - absolute masterpiece. Binge-watched all 24 episodes in one sitting. I simply cannot wait for Steins;Gate Zero.
2) Code Geass - probably the best ending episode I've ever watched.
3) Psycho-Pass - amazing from beginning to end (but let's pretend that movie atrocity doesn't exist). S01EP11 was intense.
4) Uchuu Kyoudai - one of the best stories about determination and pursuit of dreams I've seen. Also the realistic depiction of the space program is pure win.
5) Planetes - severely underrated and unknown. Hardcore sci-fi that left the space nut inside me in awe. Hits all the checkboxes of your standard Sunrise anime, though.
6) Initial D - I like cars \(e_e)/
7) Nichijou - funniest I've ever watched.
8) Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 - the only piece of media that ever had me crying like a little girl.
9) Gosick - goth-loli sleuth voiced by Aoi Yuuki. Enough said.
10) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - the anime that got me started.
Honorable mentions to...
Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou - second funniest I've ever watched.
Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica - would have been higher on the list if I hadn't watched it right after watcing Steins;Gate! If you watched both, you know why that's a bad idea.
Denpa Teki na Kanojo - Its only problem is that at only 80 minutes, it's far too short.
Classroom Crisis - I actually can relate a lot to the story in that anime, if you remove the sci-fi setting.
Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei - always loved dark humour, and by god, that manga ending...
Joshiraku - same author as Zetsubou-sensei, but now with 100% more cute girls.
Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider - favourite anime of 2015.
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 - only Gundam I've watched. Extremely enjoyable, but had far too many similarities to Code Geass to enter my top 10.
Zankyou no Terror - gripping from start to finish.
Currently watching...
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - I actually have a hard time with this one. I find it very good, but I get nervous easily with these psychological horror stories.
Phantasy Star Online 2: The Animation - I played the game for over 3000 hours. I just have to watch the anime, even if it is stupid as hell (i.e glorified Sega advertising).

I haven't check into this topic in a while but I got into the OPM craze as well. Interesting fact, Mob Psycho 100 is getting an anime, which is apparently from the same author as OPM.
I don't know much about it but it's supposedly just as exciting as OPM.
