Will you get a physical or digital copy of the game?

Game prices here in canada are not that bad I know. But just to try and ease the lonely anguish, I HAVE been burned on game prices a couple times. My first time was like 10-15 years ago, I bought Top Gear 3000 for the SNES via ebay.. total cost was 15 bucks, that included shipping...game never came to my door until TWO YEARS LATER by UPS..I thought it was lost or misdelivered or scammed or something. but no. 2 years late...

And then the ups dude wouldn't even give it to me until I paid him 35 effing dollars because of 'duty'... WDF?!

I had a similar 35 dollar duty fee from UPS when I ordered some fancy hot sauce from the states, sauce that was supposed to cost 30 dollars only.

Now I simply refuse buying anything from the states if they insist on ups, just no...and just so you know, that's not normal for UPS from the states to canada, just for me. I think it's more of a localized region thing.

I pledged $153 so I will get three copies of the game. I plan to get my physical copy for PC/Steam and install it, then get digital copies for my PS4 and Wii U.

I'm trying to go all digital. My kids have destroyed and/or lost too many of my games as of late. Just a few weeks ago, my wife almost stepped on my Wii U Darksiders 2 disc which my kids apparently left in the floor leaning at a 45 degree angle against the step going into the kitchen. (I have six kids; youngest is 1; oldest is 13.) It was covered in fingerprints (which I cleaned immediately), but there was no lasting damage. That was the last straw. I put all of my physical game discs up high on a shelf and put all my DVD/Blu-rays in a media binder and put that up on a shelf as well. I swore from that point that everything would be digital. I now have an external 1TB drive for my Wii U. I'll be putting the physical copy of Bloodstained up on a special display shelf after I install it. I'm still missing two games from my Castlevania collection (steam still coming out my ears btw) and a physical 3DS copy of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate.

I try to teach my kids at an early age to respect physical media, but as I still have younger ones, I am still battling that need they have to play with the discs.

Sorry for them and for the things around them, right?

100$ physical edition for PC.

Digital steam version for me

Did the digital. For a couple of reasons.

1. Chose PC (master race lolololol) so it will be on steam so yeahhh.
2. If there's a chance to pre-download it before it comes out I'll take it to play it the first day.
3. I really want the soundtrack so yeah.
4. Since PC I'll only admire the slip so much before not caring.
