Please no paid cosmetic DLC

I think paid weapon is understandable, while paid cosmetic should be avoidable

The survey was frustrating in the sense that it didn't have an option to share an opinion against it. I appreciate that they're asking for the shit instead of outright announcing it but an Iga metroidvania with paid cosmetics feels cheap as hell. If they actually said they were gonna pull this in the kickstarter video, I would think twice before backing.

I would pay for any DLC in the veins of an expansion or even boss fights in a heart beat. Micro-transactions are just nickle and diming the community.

This whole micro-transaction push is even more annoying since I'm pretty sure the game is selling a lot better than any Castlevania IGA worked on. The steam numbers are nuts and the Switch, garbage or not, sold more than PS4 and Xbox.

Micro trans is avoidable. It's simple, don't implement it.

More gameplay is free. This is where Modes fits in.

Paying to get costumes are a fine way to get more cash, but I would never pay for DLC stuff that you "must have to feel like you own the whole game". Costumes, at least to me, gives me nothing in terms of feeling that I have the whole journey / adventure / game.

Modes will be key for the success of this game in the long-term at the moment. Nail those down, give out a few DLCs on the way to BOOST the development + marketing teams energy and inspiration, then finish up the game. Focus on next project, so it be something new from IGA or a continuation.

But save new story and such for the next Bloodstained. No expansion for this, plz. It would be very bad if they did that.

Wouldn't mind a pallet swap for the familiars for different color and design variations. For example a traditional fairy look for Carabosse (non-insect skin like in SotN) or even one where she wears a karate outfit with bandana or some other wacky ideas.

Not unique to Fortnite, either. I've seen that kind of behaviour in TF2 and the like as well.
