Who's to say it isn't the Zangetsuto? Isn't the Zangetsuto's sheath supposed to have ofuda charms all over it? Well no one said this has to be the final design I suppose.  Though I do like it and hope they are separate weapons. |

I was just thinking that it would be pretty amazing if it had been planned originally, in Mega Man X style from Inti Creates' DNA, for Zangetsu to hand off his sword to Miriam like Zero does for X as one of the "final" weapons. Blue/red, Zangetsu is a tragic character like Zero, "varied projectile enemy-learned" abilities character versus melee-focused character...  |

To be honest, I still want to see Yuji Natsume do some more Bloodstained artwork, despite the fact that the company he works for (Inti Creates) is no longer involved with the game. I'm fairly certain that even if Inti are no longer involved with Ritual of the Night they still have some stake in the series given the warm reception to Curse of the Moon and the implications of its ending. God knows Iga wants to expand Bloodstained as a franchise, and is well aware that fans want more of the linear style too, so he'd be crazy not to bring them back for something else in that vein. |
