Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is going to be release at 18 june / 25 june. The last update revealed that Zangetsu is going to be a playable character. We all know that the game will have 3 playable characters. They are:
MIRIAM
ZANGETSU
AND A UNKNOWN THIRD PLAYABLE CHARACTER
What i do ask, as a poll, is: Who do you think will be the 3rd playable character and why? You can only choose one answer! The poll options are the most likely options, alongside what most people are thinking.

I hope it is the mysterious man, who is actually Alucard. It would be so cool if he was like: This is my father`s castle, I have to find him and put him down! And in the end there would be a fight with Igacula as the final boss.

Some people prefer Gebel who is the Mystery Man... If Gebel were a playable character in ROTN, then Gremory would be the true main antagonist for him...
Alucard does not exist outside Castlevania and in Bloodstained, its spiritual successor.

My guess is that the 3rd character is the Mysterious Man. Since he is Mysterious, we could correctly predict that he is playable, while still never "guess[ing] who our third playable character is going to be." That's assuming that the Mysterious Man is "going to be" something other than he seems.
Or, I could be reading too much into it. Portrait of Ruin had the Old Axe Armor. Lament of Innocence had Pumpkin (wasn't he trick-or-treating at the castle?). If it's something like that, maybe it would be really difficult to guess!

I'm thinking its going t be Robbie Belgrade's Mysterious Man as well, whomever that is. I'd love it if Dominique were the one, I love her design and having a "Yoko" caster character focusing on holy magic and exorcisms would be fun, but I really bet they wouldnt just bring fan favorite Robbie Belgrade back for just a cameo.

Robbie Belgarte not related to Mysterious Man... well, it would be Gebel's Mysterious Man... Mysterious Man is related to Gebel's. Mysterious Man was playable in the Curse Of The Moon; he was Gebel's alternate and mysterious ego... he might have been the same Gebel.

Gebel and Zangetsu were my go-to characters in Circle of the Moon. I hope Gebel the GOAT makes it as a 3rd playable. Hell, even if he isn't the third character I'd love for him to be playable down the line. Same with Johannes.

BloodyTears92Cept Belgrade was attached to the project before they dropped the 3rd character as an strech goal! Technically so was Hayter and he's gonna be the 2nd character but he was suppose to be voicing Gebel back then.... We'll just have to wait and see honestly I hope the keep it a secret and make us find out for ourselves.

Gebel and Bloodless seem like candidates for the Boss Revenge mode.
Shovel Knight or the character Robert Belgrade is voicing seems like the two most likely for this.
