Ugh, that was a pretty weak update =/ Good thing we are getting another soon. Like it said, that wasn't a full update. Is it going to be a March Update or an April update? I hear you guys saying that... so I'm kind of confused at what that means. It's almost the end of march, after all. |

well considering they got over 1000 emails off this update, id certainly give them at least a week to sift through them all before they start looking at posting the update that got bumped by the switch announcement

So we don't have to keep answering the same things over and over in the KS comments and other places, y'all can just paste this whenever someone asks the "how do I change/upgrade/find my e-mail" thing:
The "survey has not been sent" thing you see doesn't mean anything, these surveys were sent to you by orders@fangamer.com instead of Kickstarter and it appears as this:
From: Fangamer Mailroom (same address above)
Subject: ACTION REQUIRED: Survey For Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night
Most were sent out mid-September 2015, so check around then. I can't imagine you would have deleted it. If you have, just e-mail that address again asking for a new link. If you have the link, that is where you can make any and all changes to your platform choices.
If you already picked Wii U, like the update says, you've already been changed to the Switch version. Everything else is in the update.

purifyweirdshard If it were Backerkit, this would be easy, as that site associates projects you've backed with an account you make automatically if both share the same email address. Oddly, Fangamer doesn't seem to do the same, as I just created a Fangamer account to test it, and Bloodstained doesn't show up on it. Might be something to bring up once the current email rush is over.

Ugh, that was a pretty weak update =/ It wasn't the update... let's say they were news to quell the doubts and stress of all of the community and they were really needed. The real deal will arrive soon, who knows when though. It's true that it can be a bit annoying to have secrets revealed here and there, but it is how companies function. I'll remain positive in it all. I am sure it will work out in the end. |

Mmmmh... well, we all knew the change to the Switch was coming, but still, nice to know. Lucky for me -although I'm not exactly sure how it worked so I migh've fudged things up- I never answered my initial survey due to needing -prefferably- to pay for delivery insurance, which is quite hefty and I don't have that money atm. So my guess is the Switch option should now be there... or rather, here's hoping it is.

I was unaware there were stress and doubts on the switch thing. |

I'm a huge fan of the genre and just found out about Bloodstained due to the news of it also becoming a Switch game.
It's unfortunate that the game missed its original launch window. Having it launch in March 2017 on the Switch when there weren't many titles out for the console yet would've given the game a lot of exposure.

In my case it was welcome news. It meant I could stop setting the money aside for the announcement and go ahead and add a second copy of the game to my pledge. PC for the mods; Switch for the portability.

Or anyone else for that matter! I mean I get box art but a sticker on a tiny cartridge thats barely big enough to fit the game's title... how much of a variation can it be between regions? |
