The light one: bloodstainedfanforums.com/thread/2223/vepar-all-glory - are the first digital draft, the one in E3 2016 demo (pictures above) are the second official one. Now we wait on the third. I hope this clear things up. Many monsters and mostly enviromental lights and colors on enemies are being changed all the time in Bloodstained. The brighter versions of the enemies and what not are just the models with a basic shader applied.
They look different because they dont have the Bloodstained shader applied.
