Well now it's official, with the NS reveal the poll is happening for sure, NS looks perfect for Bloodstained, now the real dilema is, are they going to sink the WiiU version or are they going to do both? There is absolutely no way in hell they'll do both versions. The NS comes out in March 2017. The original launch date for Bloodstained was like April 2017 right? Having a WiiU version ready by then wouldve been okay. But with this delay getting a WiiU version smack dab in the middle of 2018 more than a year after the NS launched doesnt make any sense. Especially if the port to the NS would be easier and less expensive than the WiiU one (its rumored that the NS will be UE4 compatible, unlike the WiiU). Theyll either stick to the WiiU to fulfill their promised stretch goal or cancel it while offering options to WiiU backers.

Hello, good evening, I had been wondering, if the case wii U--NS situation; will repeat with the upcoming Xbox Scorpio (2017) Ps4 Pro (2016), rumors of ps5 in 2018, (just months later the release of the game). The options to change from the original (steam, ps4, wii U, xbox one) to the next gen console.? There'll any refund or a copay for upgrade your choose. This will be right? or just how this'll be handle?

Why would there be? Unlike with the Switch, Scorpio and PS4Pro are the same console, just with upgraded base specs. Absolutely nothing about the XBOne and PS4 versions of Bloodstained will change, with the *possible*(and let me point out, unconfirmed) exception that if you have the upgraded version, you might be able to play in 4K native resolution. There's no need for a separate Scorpio or PS4Pro version of the game.

PS4 Pro and Xbox One Scorpio are incremental upgrades to the PS4 and X1. They're not new consoles. Bloodstained for PS4 will run just as fine if not better on PS4 Pro as well as the base PS4. Same thing with the Xbox One. And there's absolutely no reason to believe any so-called rumor about a PS5 coming in 2018. This is the first time I hear about it, in fact. I can assure you there's no PS5 by 2018. Maybe 2019, definitely by 2020. But not 2018. No Playstation console has had such a short time on sale before the successor launches. The shortest was the PS1 with 6 (1994-2000). The PS2 was 6 too (2000-2006) and PS3 had 7 (2006-2013). And, unlike Microsoft or especially Nintendo, in all cases of the previous Playstation console was supported long after the successor was released. Bloodstained will launch into a mature, but not outdated, PS4 and X1 ecosystem in 2018. Do not worry about that. Worry about a WiiU version happening in 2018.
