Allright, there's something small and fun I'd like to try this year with the Bloodstained community. It started out as a discussion in the shoutbox, but I'd like to keep information/feedback on it limited to a thread so it won't expire or get pushed out.
How many of you would be interested in some sort of Secret Santa game where community members sign up, get assigned a partner, and get them some sort of small gift?
But instead of giving something good, you'd be giving them something kinda lame or cheap as a joke? Such as, an infamous Steam game (e.g. Ride to Hell: Retribution or Secret of the Magic Crystals), a link to a bad fanfic or weird/awkward fanart based on something they like, or something strange/bizarre you've made yourself.
I'm thinking of calling it either "Kitschy Krampus" or "Krappy Krampus".
The main guidlines I'm thinking of are: -This isn't a super serious thing. -Focus on giving digital goods instead of sending physical objects. -Keep it cheap or free. Preferably $5 maximum. Old/unused Steam codes that cost more than $5 would be fine.
I know there's services like Elfster to help with stuff like this, but I also want something that doesn't require people to make an account if they want to sign up for it. I'm thinking of using some sort of list generator, PMing members who their victim is, and how they give stuff is up to them (PM, email, Steam, etc).
Any feedback, questions, or concerns?

Totally Down. I think it would be fun to have it be mailed a physical object though. Like a real Christmas gift. And it would be fun to get something in the mail. Like if its a steam code, write it out, and then mail it as a letter and so on. I have old "PlayStation magazine" demo discs from like 10 years ago, unopened for PlayStation. Things like that would be pretty funny haha.
