I just assumed it would be tomorrow since that's a week from when you guys said it would be a week, lol. Also, Friday's a good hype day. Indivisible will be finishing up, too...
Yeah, I'm thinking a shader that does as much for the feel of the game as we're hoping isn't just something we could switch out for another one and preserve that same achieved feeling.

I liked the shaders well enough, but I'm really hoping for something more cell shaded, that replaces the current rounded shadows for distinct hard edged light and shadow, like how the Cyberconnect Naruto games do. I want the final result to look as much like someone hand drew each sprite frame and background tile.

I'd say
1st shader has far better color, looks far more detailed, and looks far less flat. I dig it's darker vibe to it, but I do like the characters flat look in the second shader.
I really think a better way to showcase the shaders are very short clips. I know that's asking for a lot but I feel like the movement within the environment is pretty important.

Yup, while I like shader 1, I'd recommend taking that vibe and moving it slightly (SLIGHTLY) more into the cell shaded arena. I don't think it should go FULL ON CARTOONY look, but it should look even more in that direction.
