Hello to you all, nice to meet all of you
I have been a huge CV fan for many years. and as life has been very busy i have finally got a chance to play bloodstained ritual of the night
and I'm enjoying it very much. The game play is really smooth much more then i would have expected and the whole aesthetic is really amazing.
i feel that the combat System is very deep, and very addictive.
of course i have mostly been using whips, I like use guns too, just gives you that cool feeling.
I wanted to ask a few things if thats ok.
One, is There a Holy whip Akin to the Vampire Killer, as id love to use?
two are the 2D games in the same canon? As I didn't know if I should play those game, be for a continue with RoTN

1. Nope. If you want the exact same control scheme as Vampire Killer there's no such weapon perform like that.
There's a DLC IGA's back pack, if you imported the DLC, accept a new quest which target enemy is IGA, and accomplished the quest by defeating IGA, then you can get a sword whip from the woman offers you the quest, but the sword whip is a different thing from Vampire Killer's control scheme.
2. RoTN and CV are not connected. RoTN is its own new IP.

Ahh no sorry i understand there not are not connected, what i meant was is there a powerful holy whip in the game that one could consider a ref to the Vampire Killer, it would still control like all the whips do in RoTN, but it would deal great holy damage.
