So I family shared Bloodstained Ritual of the Night with my friend and let them demo it out and see if they would like it. But something caught my attention when they started the game immediately and paused their game. They some how started a FRESH new game on normal with 9,999,999 gold.

Thing is, I watched them play for a bit longer and noticed them leveling up crazy fast as well. here another image of their pause screen after playing for a bit longer:
As you can see, one hour and thirty minutes in and they leveled up to 44. This is absolutely crazy and I never seen anything like this. And they were screen sharing the whole entire time. This is their first time ever playing this, so this is throwing me off an awful whole lot. And I can't simply think this is some sort of random glitch that happened out of nowhere. Thing is, after they playing long enough, they stopped earning crazy amount of EXP. So honestly I'm at a complete lost for this one. Has anyone here ever experienced this sort of behavior before?
