Dear folks from 505.
I backed this game for a Vita copy including the DLC ($60 tier). I was disappointed about the cancelation, but luckily I had a PS4. What's unacceptable is that, months after contacting Fangamer support, I'm still unable to claim my code for Iga's Backpack DLC as my voucher is deemed to be expired. This is an absurd situation, as I wanted to play the game with the DLC I'm entitled to as a backer, and yet months have passed without a solution to what appears to be a simple issue, and one I would think you'd gladly resolve in order to please the people who backed the game in the first place.

Hey, Adamsa. The codes we received from PlayStation had an expiration date on them, something we were not aware of when we got them. If they weren't redeemed by a certain date, they wouldn't work. The team at Fangamer and our own CS team have been trying to get this resolved for a long time now as each have tickets submitted by backers with this issue. At least once we were told that the dates had been extended, but they had not. Another time we were told the dates had been extended, but it was only for the game and not the DLC. This resulted in some erroneous "It's all good" replies to support tickets. Literally yesterday I was informed that PlayStation has extended the expiration date on codes for Iga's Backpack. It's taken an insanely long time to determine what the problem was and how to fix it and then actually get it fixed. All of this is something backers should not have to deal with and I personally apologize for the delay. So, hopefully the code will work as of today. If not, let me know here so I can update the team. Once again, my apologies for the headache. |
