FYI, saw this on Gamefaqs this morning:
I just lost my 50 hour 100% slot to this, so I thought I'd give a warning, even if I don't know the exact cause. I'm playing the Playstation 4 version, on a relatively new PS4 Pro.
I was playing boss rush mode (course 1, hard mode) and completed it, then hit retry. In the Vepar fight, I hit return to title screen, and when it loaded, my file was completely gone. I only had this one file active, so I don't know if it zaps only the file you were playing boss rush with or all of them.
If you've got it available, I would back up your data before doing boss rush mode just in case. I've already submitted it as a bug report using the official bug feedback form.
