According to Shadow Reaver on Gamefaqs, the Iga’s back pack glitch might’ve been fixed on PS4. Shadow Reaver shows footage of himself using the Back Pack-exclusive swordwhip offline in this video. Though, you do have to be connected at least once for the game to acknowledge that you have the Backpack as it is on a server and not downloaded (hence why it doesn’t list any file size on PSN).
