Wow the battle was just like i would have figured and the ending at the end of the credits was freaking funny, little tip stay for the credits.
Edit: i would perfer to not spoil the movie but atleast two things that happen in the movie need to be explained a bit but i think that is what will happen in Dragon ball super, since atleast so far 3 things i know about the DBS show without spoiling it for myself are the two movies we got are cannon and some of it will be redone for the show according to what i have read. Now the thing that sucks is i have to wait for a dub and who knows how long untill we get that. I hope before bloodstained.

How was the movie in comparison to Battle of Gods? Think of battle of the gods as avengers it had to set up a bunch of things in place for future stories, Resurrection ‘F’ has way more action, a bunch of funny moments and it really sets the stage for dragon ball super. Frieza did everything you would come to expect from him and the fight was worth the ticket price, like i said in my former post there are two questions of when did something happen before the movie but those do not involve frieza. I think those will be answered in dragon ball super but overall the movie is much better then battle of gods. The only thing i will spoil is that Frieza's version of hell has a bunch of teddy bears singing to him while he is stuck in a cocoon, It is so funny and its in the beginning. Spoiler alert do not click if you do not want to spoil the climax
Frieza blows up earth but thanks to Whis and his power of going back in time (only 3 mins back) Goku then prevents Frieza from blowing up earth.

I'll be going back to the theater to watch this movie again on Thursday. It was hilarious what happened there tonight...The DVR playing the movie kept screwing up, and the movie skipped a whole hour ahead. They tried fixing this a few times, and it must've been really embarrassing for them. Loads of people were so loudly outraged and immediately wanted refunds. I just sat there quietly and enjoyed the scenes in the movie that weren't skipped over, and got my refund before exiting. Any fellow Marylanders here that went to the AMC Mazza Gallery theater in D.C. tonight? All those fellow theater-goers just would not shut up with their complaints. I (sadly) didn't stay for the after-credits scene. I thank you for this information!  |

Just saw the movie. It was pretty good. I aced that little quiz at the beginning. I think that cute little scene with Krillin & Lazuli (yes, I no longer call her "18") was one of the best parts of the whole movie.
That...and Freeza's moments in "Hell".
I was wondering where Majin Buu was for the whole movie. |

I stayed for the after-credits while some people started leaving. I overheard a guy next to me say "it's never worth waiting for the after-credit scene". He was right in a way. It just shows Frieza as a cocoon again in that heaven-ish area with the tree. |

Nothing too big but it was a good way to finish the film i think, i heard the uk gets the dvd/blueray of Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F on october 26th i hope we get ours before the year is up too. All i want this year is three things, a announcement for kai to be finished by funimation,This movie on blueray,and a announcement that funimation will be dubing super starting next year(and kai too damn it! unless its already done) If all those things happen i will have everything i want from funimation besides a blueray dub of Ultimate Otaku Teacher(i think this has been planned but it will be awhile).
