Favorite Genres

Whoo this is a hard one >_<.
Anime/Manga- Slice of life/ Shoujo/ Fantasy/ Comedy/ Shoujo Ai :3
Music- All sorts but I like calm low voice music like, Lana Del Ray, The Weepies and things like that.
Movies: Horror, Fantasy, Sci-fi
Games- Fantasy RPG

Aw, Thank you >_<. I really enjoy most all genres of most things . At least im able to find one or two things I like in most anything.Shoujo anime and manga to me are just simple and fun , not very stressful to watch. Lets face it there are some series that are exciting and whatnot but leave you feeling exhasted after! Shoujo is a kick back and relax kind of stories. 
I have been trying to play more games lately but some favorites all time are things like: Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasys, Harvest Moon type games, Pokemon and so many others. :3 When you do play games what kind of games do you play?

I don't like sports anime either. Its just not interesting to me :/. Oh man I am a Terraria aholic!

Yeah we played years of Minecraft but have taken a break from it till the next update. I play things hardcore then get bored and move to tge next thing and cycle around.

Very broad, very difficult to answer completely, but I want to take a crack at it. I'm going to go ahead and try to include sub-genres.

Movies, TV(including anime), and Games if they apply:
Horror -> Science Fiction Horror, Comic Horror, Quiet Horror, Supernatural Menace, Technology, Gothic, Weird Tales(think Twilight Zone), Dark Mystery, Noir, etc.
Thriller/Suspense -> Action: Guns, Martial Arts, Robots, etc; Conspiracy, Crime, Legal, Military, Police Procedural, Forensic, Supernatural, Romance, Comic, Psychological(especially), Technological, etc.
Science Fiction/Fantasy -> Alternate History, Comic, Cyberpunk, Time Travel(To an extent), Space Opera, Biopunk, etc. 
Mystery/Crime -> Everything from Cozy to Private Detective to Inverted to the classic Whodunnit and more.

I put Action under Thriller because I feel that action is a byproduct of thriller and action itself gives me thrills.  
Also if the action in the movie, game, or show doesn't give me a sense of suspense or thrill, then it's completely lost on me.

Music:
Rock -> From Rock and Roll to some Metal to Psychedelic
Blues -> From Classic to Jazz Blues to Soul Blues
R&B -> Mostly classic R&B, not that big on the new stuff on the radio
Hip Hop Instrumentals
Some classic Rap
Pop to an extent

And I've been listening to Vaporwave and giving some of the folks with sound clouds a chance lately.  Vaporwave relaxes me and it introduces me to new songs due to the heavy sampling.  As for the sound clouds, I usually look for the beats and remixes.
