I'm more surprised with how low is the number of XB1 players, considering its popularity in the west and all. Well, I suppose it has to do with demographic; many Xbone gamers are into first-person shooters and American made games whereas Japanese oriented consoles like those of Sony and Nintendo are used to games of this kind of genre. Perhaps I'm wrong though. What do you think, Ciel? That's true, but still the difference is surprising for me. |

I'm starting to feel like I may have missed something...  Does anyone know if anything official has been stated about when the PC Beta-testing will start? Or was I right in thinking that it will start at least when E3 2016 comes around? |

They didn't said it yet, but they first need to reach a beta state, they're in pre-alpha/alpha yet. I think that E3 2016 or later is a realistic thought.

I don't know if you have some doubt about this, but PC physical copies also will be able to beta test, they will send your key at the time. This key will be the same key that will come with your physical copy. So if something bad happens with the package, you still will be able to play.

One thing alot of publishers fail to understand is that the demographic is more important than install base. On Wii U for example a Call of Duty game may flop while a game like Shovel Knight can become a huge success. Xbox gamers in particular lean towards shooters, sports and other Americanized games. It would not at all surprise me if the Wii U and Vita versions of Bloodstained the XB1 version despite having smaller install bases. The PS4 version definitely will. |

This is true, Sony and Nintendo have tended to be more RPG oriented, especially Sony....not like that's a bad thing, but then, I'm an EOG(Equal Opportunity Gamer) so I tend to like various genres. Except most sports, racing and fighting games.....those tend to make me rather bored, but there are exceptions. As for Bloodstained, never know what could happen, for all we know, the game may be the one that pulls the various demographics together and we all get along.  |

Ps4 digital and physical so my gf and I can have it on both our consoles through the digital gameshare and keep the physical unopened. If it turns out as good as I think it will I will probably pick it up on Wii U, and Vita (if the port is good).

It's coming for every console listed on the poll. We've known for a while now, since the Kickstarter, that Bloodstained will be available on multiple systems. That definitely wouldn't be good if it was only for the Xbone. I think the confusion comes from how Bloodstained was at the Microsoft conference at Gamescom. Back when that happened, there were other people asking if the game was going to be exclusive when it was really just announcing cross-platform support for Xbone and PC along with revealing Zangetsu. |

My greatest fear is the final version being delayed to late 2017 or even early 2018 (getting MN9 delays as reference) which has also launched the beta kinda late. But i believe the delays on that project actually will give them experience to prevent on hapening with Bloodstained. I am expecting the prequel for Q1 2016 and the Beta from Q2 to Q3 2016, i hope they don't mind releasing a short beta earlier than waiting for something more solid months later. Also i would like to see gameplay videos starting months before the Beta. If you ask me the pre-alpha thing showed during the campaimgn is not THAT far from becoming a playable beta, which means something playable could be made even up to late this year, yet i know they won't do it to assure quality. |
