Not received backer exclusive slipcase with Switch copy

Hi all,
I did not know where else to post this, as I have not gotten a reply from Fangamer. I am a UK backer an received my Switch copy in the post, but there was no slipcase with it. I know the rest of the backer items (in my case Dark Gimoire), but from looking at other backers they have at least received the slipcase.
I phoned spiralgalaxy (who are the UK distributor on behalf of fangamer), and was told they had not received any slipcases. They said they were led to believe this would be shipped separately by fangamer (independent of the other items) as with the EU and UK they could not ship the slipcases with the game unlike the US, but other then that they had gotten little information.
Do any of the staff here have more information about this?
