In the trailer, 13 free DLCs were mentioned. Do we know the full list yet?
So far,
1) Boss rush mode
2) Speed run mode
3) Pure Miriam Set
4) 2nd playable character: Zangetsu
5) 3rd playable character: ??
6) Asynchronous Online Multiplayer
7) Online Challenge mode
8) Roguelike dungeon
9) Classic mode
10) Chaos mode
11) Boss Revenge mode
12) ??
13) ??
Did I forget something else?

do Boss rush mode, speed run mode and pure miriam set counts regarding "13 free dlcs" since they are already ingame? :s. Although i would pay for new areas with new enemies and stuff, it would be neat some of them be free DLC :0 I think there was a stretch goal for 8 bit tracks?.. maybe thats one of them? :s A couple of extra costumes would always be nice  |

I don't know if they are wrong or right yeah... i was browsing the main site and where it says 13 DLCs, it counts pure miriam, boss rush mode, etc... And yeah.. maybe the one missing is just new game plus. |

Yeah, Pure Miriam/speed run etc do count because that was "day one" DLC (it arrived with the 1.02 patch).
From what we know, unless they've added something, I think the list goes something like this:
1) Boss Rush
2) Speedrun Mode
3) Hard + Nightmare
4) Pure Miriam items (now "Valkyrie")
5) New game+ features
Here's where things we haven't gotten yet start -
6) 2nd playable character: Zangetsu
7) Local and online co-op
8) Versus mode via Chaos Mode (this seems to be the new name for online challenge)
9) The async features
10) 3rd playable character
11) Roguelike dungeon
12) Classic mode
13) Boss Revenge mode

Straight from Steam store page and news (official word):
Bloodstained's getting 13 FREE DLCs after launch. That's right - THIRTEEN. FREE. DLCs.
At launch we're including:
- New Game Plus
- 8bit Level
- Nightmare Difficulty

After launch you're getting:
- Co-op & Vs.
- Local and online multiplayer
