Seems like there are no patch notes available anywhere, and I'm afraid to download the patch because of what happened last time.
Some people are reporting an infinite loading screen bug after the patch, so that's another reason why I'm planning to stick to 1.02 for the time being.

Agreed. I keep forgetting I have my system set up to automatically download updates, etc., so it’s too late for me to NOT download it, but it would be highly appreciated if we could know what the patch did.
At this point, while I appreciate the team’s dedication to fixing and improving whatever needs to be fixed/improved, I’m hesitant to restart my file. I was only 5 hours/20% of the map in when 1.02 hit, and I haven’t bothered to check if I had any issues or not. I just figure it will be easier to restart from the beginning once they seem to have stopped patching whatever it is they want to patch.

PS4 user here. I downloaded 1.03 the day it came out and have been playing my original ongoing save since then and I’m
Happy to report zero problems. I’ve continued my game for several hours over the course of the last two days and there’s nothing bad to report, not even a random crash.
This is all just anecdotal so make of that what you will but I don’t think there’s anything to worry about.
PS: there’s no excuse for 1.03 having no patch notes though. If I check the notes I only get 1.02’s even though I have 1.03 installed. Way to go....
