Just Remembered this Game, Kickstarter Backer for Mac

I just watched the Curse of the Moon version this morning on Games Done Quick, and remembered that I backed this.
I checked my email to find that I backed this game for Steam. I put in the digital code, and it didn't work. I did some reading, and the Mac version has apparently been discontinued. I can't even change this to the Nintendo Switch version that I can at least now use. I then contacted Fangamer and they said that nothing could be done on their end, I should go ask the forum.
So here I am, wondering if my "$60 Special Backer Edition Digital Copy" just went down the drain.
If anyone has any insight on how to fix this, please let me know. I am incredibly upset.
