Something obviously went very wrong here. It could be that there was a survey which specifically requested information that would lead not only to one's name appearing in the credits, but also to the "backer ID" option actually doing something (I've been told this is supposed to make a gray box appear with some info, but this fails to happen). But I have my entire history of email from the Bloodstained backer mailing list, and I made certain to address every "ACTION REQUIRED" notice. Furthermore, when I visit the associated link, these are the only options available:
Change or Upgrade Tiers or Addon
Change Your Survey Answers
Change Your Address
Download Codes
There is no "survey where you can enter what name you want to appear in the credits, plus your clan or whatever the heck is meant to show up when you put in your backer ID". The "Change Your Survey Answers" leads only to the option to change one's preferred gaming platform.
Feel like I was kept out of the loop here, and am hopeful that something can be done to correct all of this.

If you mean my backer ID, yes, I see the six digit code. I've put it in 50 times. Both with and without the #. It accepts what I put in, and if I immediately double-check after putting it in, it's still there. But any NEW save I make (including one made from playing the save where I entered my backer ID) is missing the information and I have to put it in again. And whatever the ID is supposed to do (I've been told it's a gray box with some information), it doesn't do.

The place to have put in your name for the credits is under Change Your Survey Answers. It should be just above your Curse of the Moon copy(ies) choice, next to last. As I said, there are two questions total on that page -- the same two questions that were there the first time I looked at it, years ago: "Which physical Backer Edition copy of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night would you like?" and "Which digital copy of Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon would you like? (optional)" LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE. |

asterra did you back at one of the $100+ tiers or did you just back at the $60 or less tiers? I ask because if you backed at a tier under $100 then your name won't be in the credits as it was a backer reward for backing at the $100+ tiers.

If the survey doesn’t ask for your name and clan it sounds like you didn’t back for the correct tier. Only $100+ tiers were given the opportunity to get their names in the credits you know?

Aztec there was a youtuber called Nintendo CapriSun which is who I believe he was referring to also djw the reason you didn't see it is because the official clan title in the credits is Clan NCS not Clan Nintendo, I've link to a video of the credits below and you can find Clan NCS at the 18 min 1 second mark, hope that helps.

I have backed and I know where my backer ID is. It is just not working... and no one here has given a solution. I have all versions PC, PS4, switch, and xbox I have not been able to successfully input my backer ID into it. please, someone, help.
Update: found what I was doing wrong. I needed to add the "#" with the backer ID thank you roguedragon05
Update2: xbox still does not work... everytime I input the backer ID it is erased when it asks me "yes" or "no" I am wondering if that is because it is not updated yet...

That's probably because Xbox hadn't gotten the same final patch as the others. asterra If you did pledge $100 and your backer ID/name in the credits still isn't there, what may have happened is like another case I was looking into recently - you may have contributed 100 but somehow ended up with a selection of a $60 tier. It was possible to donate a higher amount than the tier you could pick. It should show up in "Change or Upgrade Tiers" what tier you're considered to have. If that shows up as 60, then that's the issue - and either way besides, orders@fangamer.com would be who could clear this up if anyone. |

I tried messing with it too just in case, with and without the # sign, lower an upper case letters, nothing works strange... and you're getting your ID from your email the six-digit code starting with "#" ...when I put it in there I put it in with uppercase letters double check the code and make sure if you are using the letter O or the number zero... maybe there's a mistake somewhere?

Yes there’s an avenge Julius quest which has appeared. I’m only a basic backer so I don’t know if I have anything. No error messages, it just doesn’t appear to unlock anything. I’m using Switch.
