Collector's Edition(Signed)

Hello Community,

    

           I tried searching the forums for keywords to Collector's Edition but came up with nothing, so apologies in advance if this was answered somewhere else. In my Backer Management page it lists the physical games being delivered which was the PS4 Qty: 1 and a $60 Tier Slipcase for PS4/XBOX/PC Qty: 1 but I only received the PS4 Physical copy in the mail. I backed the $300 Signed Collector's Edition, is this something that will release at another time? Would appreciate any help.
