I've seen a few people with this confused, so let me get ahead of it and clear it up before people are surprised after they had the wrong impression.
The Ayami Kojima art packaging (in the campaign called a sleeve) is for $100 and up tiers, and is not the $60 slipcase. The $60 case hasn't been seen yet (nor Kojima's sleeve). This isn't a new thing, it has been planned this way since she was added to the 100 tier during the campaign and you can see it listed under "milestones" on the campaign page still now.

Do you have any information regarding how fees and import taxes will be handled for overseas backers? The shipment has now changed from 1 to at least 3, base game, backer collectables and another separate shipment for the amano poster.

I am not interested in being surprised, so I find myself curious what the 60 dollar backer slipcase with the "value" of 10 dollars even looks like. They are prob not going to reveal it at all though, right? Or did I miss something somewhere?

I’ve had clear in my mind this distinction since the day I upgraded my pledge from $60 to $100 on the last day of the KS campaign. All it takes is reading through the site, it’s very clear what is what and which is being offered at which tiers. But as we’ve seen in this KS you can never be too clear.
And even then I just know we’ll get someone angry that the slip cover didn’t have Kojima’s art. I just know it.

Fangamer is handling all of the backer reward delivery, so that isn't info I (or likely Angel) have. Likely that info will be in an upcoming KS update. |

That information is 4 years old so a lot could’ve changed since then! And I’m not even sure I’m getting all of that with my physical copy come launch date since it’s not clear what physical rewards they’re sending on day one and which they aren’t (yet). |

As far as we know, nothing has changed, and I didn't really have to dig for this since I already had pasted it in the KS comments. I already knew where it was before that too anyways (it's the update where they added Kojima to the project). Besides me/that old update, 505 said the same.

I typed out an explanation of the reward tiers packaging just now for the KS comments, might be helpful for people here too:
About this slipcase/sleeve stuff, I know this is confusing, but bear with me here:
$100+ tiers get the $60 slipcase and $100 Ayami Kojima sleeve, as they are separate items. Some are making a case that the $60 case is actually a sleeve, so maybe that makes the $100 sleeve really a slipcase haha, who knows, but I think we'll see soon. I'd never really looked into the terms and thought they were interchangeable, but regardless, it seems to be that the $100 one is the thing they think the $60 should be.
Why it is the way it is, I would wager, is because a one-opening case (what they seemed to be expecting) is more appropriate for multiple items, which the $100 case will of course contain, being its purpose. The $60 case does not need to do that, so it has the openings at the top and bottom, containing a single item, and goes inside the $100 case itself.
The $60 slipcase game goes inside the $100 Kojima sleeve, which is then packaged into the $250/300 boxes. It's quite a Matryoshka.

I'm sure they have thought of a good way to counter additional costs for international backers. I guess it's almost impossible to give reliable info on import taxes for 100 different countries. For example in my case (I live in Switzerland) it would even help if the game and rewards of the $100 tier were split up and came from two different suppliers since products below $60 are freed of import taxes. But from my own experience, even if you order 3 times the same article in a row, you'll get at least 2 different classifications and fees from customs. I always think of those guys at the border, as if they sit on a table with a funny d&d dice, deciding how much to charge you^^ |

I backed the 300$ and the 60$ tier and no slipcase was in the package, only 2× the Standard PS4 Version..., is this normal? Or another fail in this Campaign... |

The Kojima sleeve is being delayed to ship with the other physical rewards in August. They're gonna be including a bonus poster of the artwork for backers at the $100 or higher tiers as compensation for the delay. |
