So a couple of years ago when the game was being kick-started I backed the game for $100 because I wanted my name in the credits and genuinely wanted to support the team. I chose to get the game on steam because I had a computer at the time and used the platform a lot. Fast forward to now and my computer is broken and I have have a switch that I would like the game on. I have tried my best to get in contact with customer service via email and twitter multiple times but nobody from the bloodstained twitter or customer service has been able to help me out or even reach back out to me. Is there some way I can change the platform I want the game on since it's still not out or will they just keep disregarding someone who backed a lot of money he had towards their game. It seems like they don't care at all and I just want to get in touch with someone who can help. If anyone has any info about something that can be done I would greatly appreciate a response.

The window for changing platforms ended a long time ago. I myself would like to change the platform for one of my copies, but I don't think it's possible anymore unfortunately, we're less than a month from the release date.

I read through the tweets myself and can't recall this - they/myself read through and reply to a lot of them, but I can imagine some are missed. The emails you sent could depend on where you sent them - the primary orders@fangamer one has been bogged down for some time now, and they may only be addressing cases that can still be helped within what has been announced. It may be the same for the official social media accounts - they could consider it a question that already has a public answer.
Your case as mentioned by Freddy unfortunately falls under something that is publicly known - platform changes have been closed (it was open from May 2015 to May 2018 for all, with some special cases individually worked out in late 2018 and early 2019). I wouldn't worry, because you will be able to get a Switch copy of the game later, by retail. The status of the backer content is unknown, but keep your eyes open for what happens with it and you may be in luck there as well.
