I talked with a someone from support who said:
"As far as pledges go, besides updating an address, things are locked. When it comes to codes, you cna give them to anyone you want, you don't have to transfer a pledge."
I missed the deadling for backers due to getting into a serious car accident and beeing pretty much in a coma for 2 months.
If someone wants to sell their physical special backer edition, ill gladly buy it.

Physical retail copies will be sold, but not the special backer edition.

"Late backers" get the same items as backers the day the Kickstarter opened. People that want to get in after backing closed completely, those are no longer "late backers", they're folks that will have to wait for retail. The window was May 2015 to May 2018.
The only thing possible I can think now for someone that wants the Kickstarter backer items is...so, the people who did/are refunding their pledges for various reasons, you could see if you could somehow work out a deal with one of them to send theirs to you?
That's pretty iffy, I wouldn't personally do it (or maybe I would try if I missed this lol), but aside from otherwise eBay that's about all there is. Problem with that too is, I think those people are much more likely to just cancel out of spite of taking the sale away itself than so much trying to get it to someone that wants it, even if they'd make more than their money back lol. Come to think of it, I mean...that's way more logical to just sell it but yeah, some folks are very principle based with that kind of thing.

if it makes you feel any better I'm having doubts on how valuable the backer exclusive content is going to be anyway. the backer content is not going to be on the physical copies, backers get the exact same physical copy as everyone else just with a code to put in to get the exclusive content. I don't know exactly how Iga is going to handle that for Bloodstained, but I remember importing the physical Japanese version of Gal Gun 2 awhile back which did something similar, same physical version as everyone else but with a code to get an exclusive costume, unlike the costumes you buy as DLC though it's a one time input code that does not get attached to your account, instead it gets attached to the Switch unit itself so that when the day comes my Switch breaks, gets stolen or I upgrade to the next gen or something that content cannot be brought back, it will just be gone forever unlike the physical cartridge or even the DLC I've bought for it that got attached to my account. Bloodstained sounds likely to do the same plus there's tons of talk about about putting most if not all of that content on the basic edition anyway, still wondering on how that talk is going, hope an update clarifies soon
