HP/MPmax above drawbridge

Found this as I was running around a couple days ago, hunting spots to katana glitch into and ran across something rather interesting. I am, honestly, unsure if there is supposed to be both an HP/MP max up above the drawbridge area or not, but I managed to be inspired from too many years of playing Castlevania games. It caused me to attempt to hastily close the drawbridge, stand on it and then jump to the right.....there was no real indication that there's a secret area there or anything and I thought I glitched my game out, since I was pretty much completely out of bounds.

If it was meant to be there....well, then heads up, all, I found moar lewt.
