Haha so yeah I did this as a thing, avoided gameplay so it could be as genuine as possible. Main things I point out during this that I've seen other people cover as well - voices and text boxes not matching what is said, some graphical things (Anne's face looks kinda weird, village ground texture), but overall not much when I'm just playing the game. Under pointed scrutiny there are things I could nitpick more on graphically, and I'm still disappointed that Miriam doesn't look like her original character model (please see this post and the rest of the thread as well), but overall I still think it looks good. Several times in my playthrough I stop to admire what I'm seeing, and that does indeed include several things in the castle.
I also hope that this playthrough is enjoyable for some to enjoy as a casual playthrough experience, perhaps those who don't have access. Some of my reactions may be amusing too and I do occasionally make some jokes of course ;p (but I held back a little bit lol)
Musically, I miss the old intro sound for the galleon song both because it evoked a very underwater feel (as did the rest of the song) on top of reminding me of the beginning of Prologue (the beginning of Symphony). It is now more of a standard, authentic guitar riff where previously it had a neat aquatic feel to it. Otherwise the songs were nice and performed well, though did not individually stand out as much as I expected. Not quite as pumping or energetic as they were subdued and pretty. Luxurious Overture and Gears of Fortune have very different feels to them, for example, and the latter isn't present for representing that side of gameplay...except The Executioners, which is SOGOOOOOOOOOOD
