Volume settings
Main Volume. (Master) Dialogue Volume. (Cutscenes only, voices outside of cutscenes are under SFX, Vepar scream during cutscene included)
Music Volume.
SFX Volume. (Sound effects, like monsters, playable character abilities, swimming in fountain, hitting walls, slashes, hits, knockbacks etc.)
VSFX Volume. (Shouts, screams, attack sounds etc.)
Toggle settings New Shard Ability Scream: [On] [Off] (Miriam got a new shard, hear her agony! Or not..) Attack Voice SFX: [On] [Rare] [Off] (Haaw! When attacking - Rare could be around 50-75% less frequent voice fx)

Enkeria Gin There is sound options in the game where you can change at the title screen and in the menu. Go to options then to Config then it's the second tab where you have Volume settings for Music Volume, Ambulant Volume, SFX Volume (cursor sounds etc.), Voice Volume (Combat, Dialogue etc.). But I agree they can make it more broken up like the Dialogue and Combat Shouts, screams, attack sounds etc.

The issue with disabling the voice as is means you either need to turn it back on for cutscenes, which is a hassle, or just leave it off in which case you're missing out on all the VA work.
I agree that it should just be fragmented further, and also with each fragment having sort of 'rarity' options - would be a nice touch.
