It is possible to talk with the NPC while the first dialogue is ending.
So you get into an loop with both characters talking over each other.
Just accept a quest or cancel the talk and while she ends it with her rage talk you press up again and that way you hear them talk over each other.
First time I talked with her I wanted to jump up so I kept pressing up and jump - while trying to skip the talking and was caught in an infinte loop of skipping her dialogue...
