Initial numbers from June 1
As things stand, we have 39 achievements. The Pyrite Coin (50 achievements) unlocks a bonus stretch goal.
We only have 11 achievements left to complete in the 10 days remaining of the KS campaign.
There are 30 open achievements up for grabs currently:

(1) Twitter followers @ 40k (cur @ ~18.1k)
(2) Twitter retweets: 1 @ 5k, 2 @ ?? (cur @ ~4.8k)
(1) Tumbler followers: @ 6k (cur @ ~5.6k)
(2) Youtube views: 1 @ 200k, 2 @ [likely 250k] (cur @ ~176k)
(1) Instagram: 50 Vampire Doggies (cur @ ~ 17/50)
(3) Vines: 1 @ 100, 2 & 3 @ ?? (cur @ ~58)
(1) Fanart: 1 @ 400 (cur @ ~300+/400)
(3) Comics: 1 @ 100, 2 & 3 ??
(2) Weekly Vine: cur @ ~15/25, next week 0/25
(2) Weekly fanart: cur @ ~1/25, next week 0/25
(1) weekly comics: 0/25
(3) Photography: Miriam cosplay (1/5), Johannes (2/5), Gebel (1/5)

Challenges:
Let's assume we can't bank on the reminder surge for the KS campaign to help us. If we average 500 a day, that's 5k, meaning we don't get the last two backer achievements: leaving 28
Twitter followers @ 40k and retweets past 5k seem unlikely unless there's a huge push. Removing the last two achievements here leaves 26
Chances of getting YT views to 200k, and if they up it by another 50k after that, likely isn't going to happen, leaving 24
Vines seem to be our weakest point, let's assume we don't get the last 2, 22
Comics: assuming we at least hit the last weekly goal, we should get 100 by default. without a push here, minus 2, 20
Weekly Vines are iffy. let's assume we get one of the remaining two, 19 possible achievements left
Photography: the requirements aren't that high, but these have been outstanding for almost 3 weeks, minus 3. 16 left
Stained glass: same as above. Short of someone going to a craft store and buying stained glass paint to finish this off, minus 1. 15
Bonuses: we have yet to complete one, though we're close on the animation and remixes. The last two have yet to be revealed. Worst case minus 5. Leaving 10
We're short and 10 days isn't much time in case there are additional hurdles with the bonus stretch goal. The text does say "unlock" and not "reveal", but there have been miscommunications about these terms before (see basement stretch goals).
Ideally we'd have a buffer and accomplish some as quickly as possible.
Since KS backers, Twitter & Tumblr followers, and the YT view counter are difficult to manipulate individually; I'm not sure they should be a huge focus.
We'd have a better chance of getting the Pyrite Coin by working on stick-figure comics, terrible cosplay (Man-Miriam, anyone?), and awful vines
If anyone has any familiarity of creating flash videos, you could wrap up the animated YT cartoons.
Same thing with the remixes (or if you know anyone @ OCRemix or other communities that'd be willing to help).
Animated sprites seem time intensive unless there's a wizard amongst you redditors who can whip these out quickly.

Vincybel pretty much spammed vines all afternoon, so we're probably @ 25 for this week's challenge. No official count yet because i'm not sure which ones Ben Judd/Don Moore left off on last update
Fanart & comics rolled in. Not sure how many. Ben made it sound like there should be an updated count soonish for most of these things
Tumblr note In case you weren't aware, Tumblr has a policy of not immediately indexing tagged posts on new blogs, so if you signed up recently and are trying to submit just by tagging your post, use the submit link instead
I'm working on a couple of sprites but doubt i can do 35 in the next week. If anyone's interested, Adobe Photoshop CC has a 30 day free trial. It's not too bad. I started here using some of the Inti provided "assets" in the updates.
Comics/fanart/vines continue to be open targets.
We're about half way through the vampire doggies achievement. If you don't have a dog, snap a pick of your turtle or stuffed bat and say it metamorphosed.
Still ~160 retweets away from that achievement so encourage friends to retweet even if they don't know what they're tweeting.(Or use multiple email addresses to sign up and retweet?)
