During the boss battle with Zangetsu during the burning sword phase he jumped and somehow got stuck up inside the ceiling. I could no longer see or attack him. He could no longer attack me either. I could still hear him doing his moves up there. Whenever he did the jumping fire slash I could see fire effects coming out of the ceiling. He never came back down resulting in being trapped in the room forever. Occurrence - The first time I fought him he killed me during the burning sword phase and never glitched into the ceiling. The bug happened during my second time.
•Severity - game breaking
•Reproducible - unknown, but I remember it happened near the left stairs and door

Tried to replicate this under various conditions and sadly, no luck. Was he using a jump attack when it happened? Did he somehow use his chain and it hooked above the door and caused that?

Yea, this same thing just happened to me funny enough. Had to kill him by luring him to the edges of the stage then jump attacking with the Flamberge. Here is a clip of it happening if it helps any.

Ah, you glitched his animation. He tried to use his slam attack right as he came out of his chain attack and it sent him out of bounds.
Edit: I can confirm that hitting him while he uses his chain (seems to have to be in mid-air, first), while his sword is on fire, sends him flying in odd manners. The collision for that instance is wonky as all hell. I sent him straight to the right and into the door, just before typing this. It's def a bug with him using his fire sword in conjunction.

Yes I believe when he glitched for me it involved him using his chain.

Zangetsu made it into the ceiling a 2nd time. This time it was before the burning sword phase. I hit him with the Swing Tentacle shard and during that attack he used his chain and ended up in the ceiling.
Occurrence - Twice so far. Both times involved his chain and the Swing Tentacle shard. Can happen during any phase of the fight.
•Severity - game breaking
•Reproducible - Try using the Swing Tentacle shard against him many times and if he uses his chain he should get stuck in the ceiling.

Shard probably doesn't matter, the trigger seems to be when he is in mid-air after using his chain attack. It's reproducible with many shards and weapons.
