Fangamer Steve.
This is our main and #1 customer service force for Bloodstained: CotM and RotN and he has done and struggles to continue to do unfathomable heaps of amazing work for us. All over the internet, I have seen so many comments of people coming back after a heated complaint or experience that "Fangamer took care of me". Words like understanding, helpful, gracious - all on issues that they themselves had no cause or control in. Striving to defuse even the nastiest of things. This is not JUST Steve's work of course, Fangamer as a whole is magic and I'm so glad we have them - he has partners to help with his queue that do just as strong work. Bless them. This guy in particular, who has taken ownership specifically of the complicated nature of our project has gone almost a full day without eating, sleeping little or at all, working through literally thousands of emails with such grace yet efficiency. Sometimes, as he is human (as far as I know), he will get TOO tired or otherwise physically incapable and need a break, and others will need to step in for him. I want everyone to let him know that we appreciate his hours, focus and compassion in dealing with so many issues and working to make so many little things right in so many peoples' lives.
