Query about digital distribution

Has it been touched upon about how distribution is going to work for European and Australian backers? I ask because the Fangamer survey groups the two together as an option, but online stores like Nintendo's eShop doesn't let Australians use European codes (and vice versa).

I guess I'm just worried that I'll be sent a European code when I need an Australian one. I know I can just make a Euro account on my console, but I'd rather not have to make a second account to redeem it.
