Hello, Army of the Night! I backed Bloodstained at the beginning of the campaign. Since the countdown to release is on, it seems to be a perfect time to join the forum. Enough lurking!
The first IGA game that I played was Harmony of Dissonance in 2002. I have, of course, greatly enjoyed his games ever since. I cannot wait to see what awaits us in Ritual of the Night!

Hello everyone,
My name is Aurora, and I bought Bloodstained fairly recently and have been enjoying it the whole week. I finished the game and am doing a 2nd playthrough on Hard Mode where the challenge is higher and more fun. Eventually I plan to get everything in the game. I'm a huge fan of Metroid games and the Metroidvania style of games overall and Bloodstained has those awesome features I love to see in Metroidvanias from exploring, collecting new movement abilities & weapons, and also lots of data on the setting, characters, and Demons through the Archives in game. Ontop of including RPG leveling up in a Metroidvania game, it's something I've been very interested in seeing for a long time.
I've known about the game for awhile through the Kickstarter and it is exciting to see it officially released. The wait was absolutely worth it.
Unfortunately I haven't played any Castlevania games, but I would love to be able to play Symphony of the Night one day since I hear it is incredible. This game further strengthens my interest in playing some of the older Castlevania games.
I decided to join here to participate in more discussions regarding Bloodstained, since it is a big game with a lot to talk about. This looks like it will be a fun place, and I'm looking foward to being part of this community.

Ordered Bloodstained for the Switch two weeks ago, and will be getting it later today. Was not aware of the Kickstarter campaign (I've been out of the console gaming loop save for the Fire Emblem series and a couple exceptions), though I would have pledged some, as well.
Have played every Castlevania from the SNES iteration moving forward. Loved SOTN, Aria of Sorrow, and Order of Ecclesia.

Hi I'm a backer but only managed to gather $45 during the Kickstarter campaign active time. Ultimately decided to transfer the download code of standard $28 tier to a friend and gathered a digital copy from Steam. When I finally 100%-ed the current version of the game (Normal mode) I was satisfied enough with the experience but soon feel lost because I was too used to the stuff appeared in more than the standard IGA Castle. Like the floating damage output system once seen in Lecarde Chronicles 2.

I've been lurking on this forum since roughly 2016 and had decided to finally register today after witnessing all of the hustle and bustle post-launch. I've been enjoying Bloodstained: RoTN immensely. Have finished the game and map on Nightmare mode twice (Fresh saves). Once on Steam, and again on the Switch and have had an absolute blast both times. Even though the Steam version is objectively superior. I'm now fervently waiting on DLC modes and characters to be released!
I'm also a week one backer who is very much looking forward to their Signed Collector's box and have been a big Castlevania fan since the late '90s. My uncle brought me up on the franchise and I owe much to him.
Also a big fan of the Monster Hunter franchise. (MHGU and previous titles.)

Hello!
Please, just call me Sakuya. I actually only recently had gotten into both Castlevania and Bloodstained last year thanks to a dear friend of mine. I'm still in the middle of completing Curse of the Moon and have only just started Ritual of the Night.
As for Castlevania, I've played 1, 3, Aria of Sorrow, and Harmony of Dissonance. Even if I am just a recent fan, I'm still happy that the spirit of this wonder gothic horror game can live on in Bloodstained.
