This would be handy to keep track about some obstacles/secrets/puzzles/enemies etc. What do you think?

I agree! If they're going to provide you with an in-game map, it's nice if they also let you make notes on it. The simple pin feature many games use is usually sufficient, although being able to write things out can be really nice too.

It can be very nice. Also, an option not to have the minimap on the screen all the time...

And I hope that in the final version the minimap will be more stylized and detailed than the one we have. The basic blue squares map can still work, but after seeing beauties such as the Hollow Knight map one has certain standards

Might make it somehow otherwise since they apparently were thinking about it before.
