What do you think the best version will be?

I'm on the fence about this at the moment. The PC version is going to vary a lot depending on it's system requirements versus the hardware each individual has. I'm hoping it doesn't take too beefy of a computer to run with all the bells and whistles turned on. The console and switch versions will be a lot more consistent since the hardware is standardized for each of the consoles.

Wasn't there supposed to be a Vita version as well? Depending on hardware requirements you could potentially run it on a laptop or other smaller device capable of running PC software for portability as well.

 okay then. 

I really hope this doesn't turn out to be a "PC master race/console war" thread. Because if it isn't yet, that's about the only direction I can see it going. For now we'll see how it goes.

No. They haven't said anything about modding. Just allowed the ones for our demo, which I among others have used (Pure Miriam skin).

When the game is launched, we have to wait and see if any patch might bring us an official modding community of some sorts. Stuff like that needs to be greenlight and approved before we should even try them out, if they are accepted as a feature even.

I think graphically the PC will be awesome... but I think the best version will be the switch just because it will give me the option to play it at home and on the go (sorry I tried not to use those words but they fit too well). I think playing this game on the big screen and in portable mode gives this version an edge. but that is only my opinion... and if they add amiibo support, haptic feedback (think of hitting a goo monster and the sword gives you a goo feel... or a feeling of bones cracking under your sword...that is IF they implement it)...

Hopefully not I'm just on the fence about if I want to go out of my way and also buy a switch version so I figured this may help me see if it would be worth it.

Voted console, mainly because I'm a console guy basically. This may sound weird but, I always felt like my game progress on consoles mattered more, because of the trophy/achievement systems (it's like having an official game resume) which proves you did what you did. When someone tells me that they beat a game on PC, then for all I know they could have modded or used mods or cheated by making themselves invincible, etc.. I know that not everyone cares about that kind of stuff, but I do mostly for games of this magnitude that I really really care about.

I'm also torn between PS4 or Xbone since I play both. I'd like to get it for Switch, but game saves are currently locked to the physical Switch with no cloud or any other method of retrieving a lost game save, which scares me.
