I'm really hoping that it takes at least 15 hours if you rush through it and much more (30 hours+) if you do everything (complete map, items, shards etc) in PoR I beat the game in under 5 hours just rushing it but doing everything took me 20 hours. DoS took me 5 hours and 40 minutes to rush through and about the same time as PoR to do everything. I don't know know my times for OoE because I lost my cart (which is driving me nuts because I'm dying to play it.) Of course those 15-30+ hours won't include the classic mode and other playable characters but I'm just talking about the base game.
Maybe my times are too ambitious seeing as how previous IGAvanias aren't really long but my fingers are crossed.

Complete game? 50+ hours for detail-lovers, background investigators and shard-collectors. This with no guides, clear everything room from tip to toe. This also includes the 2nd playthrough with the New Game Plus, or if we have a 2nd castle. I have no clue how long it took for me to clear SotN, but I hope it is within same timeframe to finish it, being all clueless and stuff. And finding the secret IGA room will be fun. Hopefully not too obvious or too difficult No matter how long it is, I wish it is fun all the way.

Unless you're a speedrunner who's found some weird glitch that made it to the final version of the game, then it'll take approximately 5 minutes to go through the game.

I usually 100% igavanias with around 45+ hours play time, but considering that Bloodstained will have the biggest castle and many extra modes, I can see myself playing it for more than 60 hours

I always collect everything before I move to next playthrough.

Everyone plays games differently, and many have different ideas of what "clearing" a game means too, but I'm going to throw out as a conservative guess that to beat Bloodstained casually, it'll take about 20% longer than Dawn of Sorrow. So I'm expecting something like 14-15 hours casually, 20-ish to do the main and extra side stuff in the main game casually, and who knows how much more to do all the extra modes or how long it would take to collect/upgrade/level everything.
For speed runners, that's completely unpredictable, but hopefully the tricks developed have less to do with exploiting code/clipping and more to do with clever use of in-game abilities and execution.

Honestly, with how much I love these games and how many modes and playable characters we are going to get, I will probably spend 60 hours minimum, maybe even 100.

It'll probably take me 70~80 hours in a single playthrough, personally. If I really get into it, and just fool around in some areas looking at the sights [for no particular reason]? Maybe 90 hours in a single playthrough.
I'm a completionist when it comes to Igavanias, so it'll likely take me a while to finish the playthrough... after intending to acquire every item [and Shard] I could possibly get throughout the whole castle, and exploring every part of it for the Map %. Of course, I also expect there to be extra things to acquire in either a New Game+ or Hard Mode (or both) after completing the game once, as well as from Boss Rush Mode.
I've never been one to bother with tedious power-leveling [in any game], but playing Igavanias the way I prefer playing them tends to make the characters I play "over-leveled" for some areas.
