1. If we see Mac & Cheese hidden in walls and such, how do the game and lore EXPLAIN this? Is it from the future? A demonic ancient dish in the first place or would they rather go the route of saying something like "How odd, a combination of pasta and cheese, what a delicious treat!", stating like "this is where it ALL began!" ( image of IGA and the tasty MacAndCheese). 2. Walls that are destroyed, will some areas have lots of pillars to destroy? So we can actually get pass the ceiling that are blocked? I mean.. Destroying stuff is fun, and in our nature.. sadly. 3. If IGA is a secret hidden boss, will he be the Vampire of the game? And.. Will he only be in a exclusive Backer edition on each platform? I remember reading that he was an backer exclusive. How the heck does that work? Will the room be empty for the rest of the gamers after the Backer editions are "gone" or..? 4. Can Miriam Fly? Can she transform? What would she transform into if she could? 5. Will the garden of this castle have GIANT roses as a nod towards the whole concept? 6. When shards and crystals overwhelm Gebel, there is a theory that he will become a demon. Would we rather see the crystals be more of a cocoon / egg and him reborned, or would we want to just fight a crystal-monster with more limbs attached onto it? I would like to see a cocoon type of deal if he will ever transform. 7. Listen on early video, it seems CRAFTING was an END GAME feature. Something for us to get back to once we had played for a while and collected things. And the crafting system would give you upgraded stats like +1, +2, +3 attributepoints. Is this system still in the game? Source: 8. Would there be a FINISH HIM move at the end? Letting us decide if we should help Gebel, kill Gebel or imprison Gebel? 9. Would deciding Gebels fate, alongside other things we have done in the game change the outcome / end credits? And if so, would there be a bad ending and a good ending? 10. Would we love for an ending that would be along the lines of: "Gebel will be back, Oh Gawd!" 11. Zangetsu seems to be the second playable character (source of thought, video above around 4:58). Would we like for him to have subweapons like Belmont? Or street fighter moveset to use magic / his katana? And would we like a traditional whip-using third playable character that use the whip like the old school Castlevania games? 12. How the heck does the costume costumization work? Will Michiru Yamane talk and use her little sisters voice once again to make a similar track to Prayer from Symphony of the Night (the one song used in the beginning before playing). I love that piece. I think it is my favorite. The track could be called "Second Prayer" or something. Would be so awesome. If you didn't know: The phrase "Key Largo" is voiced repeadly. Used in Catholic Mass, key Largo is Greek term for "May your ascension into heaven be blissful" - Castlevaniadungeon.net Thanks for your time, hope I didn't waste it.

1. The hidden truth about Mac n' Cheese is that it always was, and always will be. It has existed before time. While we attribute its invention to a human, in reality it has existed out there in the universe long before mankind developed the idea to join pasta and cheese. The dark magic of Gebel's castle was able to focus it into existence.

3. I imagine he'll be in a room that access is blocked off too if you're not a backer. Perhaps backers will get the key, or unlock a portal to his space. God help those who find ways to glitch in there themselves without backing the game.
4. I think she'll probably be able to fly towards the end of the game. It's an Igavania staple and especially considering how much this game seeks to emulate SotN, I don't see how it'd go without such a movement staple. Also almost every promo starts with the logo where Miriam has crystal wings. She'll probably use something like that to fly. (Hm... maybe we'll actually be able to fight while flying. Beyond your typical "shoot a weak fireball" thing. Mid-air boss anyone?)
5. I hope so.
6. I like the cocoon idea. But I'm pretty sure this is an aspect we won't learn till the game is out, since that's pretty spoilery territory.
7. As far as I know crafting is still in the game, but I don't know if it works the same.
8. Again, that's pretty spoilery territory so I don't think we'll be learning it any time soon. But if it's anything like other Vanias, if they did something like this you'd probably just kill him normally but have the option to save him if you do a ton of other arbitrary things around the castle.
9. This question hinges entirely on a single outcome for question 8, and is still very spoilery territory. I'm pretty sure there'll be multiple endings though. I think every Igavania has had them.
10. Yeah. I mean he's got a bit of a Dracula look to him, so he could be a running antagonist if Bloodstained were to become a series.
11. When they were first announced, it seemed like Johannes was to be the second playable character and Zangetsu the third. It sounds like that might have changed though, according to the Shoutbox, so I guess I've missed some things. Pretty positive Zangetsu's going to be playable though since we got his character model and all, and I think that's the only model we've gotten for protagonists outside of MIriam herself. I like the subweapon idea. Perhaps he'll have a few he can change his moveset with similarly to Shards, and maybe some kind of super moves that drain more HP that you can use commands with. I have no idea how they're going to handle Zangetsu though, he seems like a totally new thing. As for classic Belmont whip style, I'm not sure how well they can get away with that in this game. They seem to be trying to change the animations quite a bit to stray from Castlevania. I wonder if doing the full on outstretched whip might step on to many toes. And let's not even get started on if we give that guy Castlevania-styled subweapons. At the very least they might need to run it by a lawyer.
12. Head piece and scarf/(cape?) can change, we know that for a fact. It looks like the outfit, skin color, maybe hair color will be color customizable. It's also confirmed that we will have special outfits we can wear over everything, which are being worked on by the backer clans. (For example, as a member of the Game Grumps clan, I'm probably going to get a really stupid looking gag outfit to make me regret being a Grumps fan.) It's possible this feature may be used for other outfits. Perhaps unlockable costumes? That'd be pretty neat. Also opens the door for DLC, but that's shaky territory.
13. That's Yamane herself? I never knew!

Yamane's little sister. And I saw this video: Early on (first 24 minutes) they reveal something I never have thought of.. The battle between Richter & Dracula will decide if you are can handle normal difficulty or if you need the easy difficulty. If not beating Dracula and Maria comes into your aid, they said you will start the game with health potions. WOW! This might need a new THREAD or mentioned in the difficulty thread. Hmm. Edit: And I know most of the answers towards these questions, fun to know more about what you guys think.

Actually, SotN's starting fight had a really complicated effect on the rest of the game.
You get better stats if you don't get hit when fighting Dracula, and the stats you gain changes depending on what subweapon you have equipped when you beat him
Holy Water HP: 80 MP: 25 Hearts: 60 Str: 13 Con: 12 Int: 13 Luck: 12
Cross HP: 80 MP: 30 Hearts: 60 Str: 13 Con: 12 Int: 12 Luck: 12
Nothing HP: 85 MP: 25 Hearts: 55 Str: 14 Con: 13 Int: 13 Luck: 17
If you win the fight with no hearts remaining, Alucard starts with a Heart Refresh in his inventory. If you collected over 40 hearts as Richter, then Alucard starts with a Neutron Bomb, loses a STR point and gains an INT point. And if you die and Maria has to help you, you forfeit the bomb/refresh and instead get a Monster Vial and a High Potion.
I wouldn't exactly call a starting with a single High Potion "easy mode". To be honest there doesn't really seem to be a lot of rhyme or reason to how or why the Richter fight effects the main game.

1) The same way the game lore explains a Samurai in XVIII century going to fight against demons with a open shirt showing off his muscular chest, ready to be hurt and killed by demons at it. With absolutely no explanation.
2) I think that is an idea, if i got what you meant.
3) He will be backer exclusive. I believe IGA is a spin-off boss, that doesn't fit the lore at all, so, he will be disconnected from the castle. Something like Succubs from Symphony of the Night. The game can have a room with a item inside for non-backers and the same room has the same item inside AND a teleport of some kind, that will teleport the player to IGA Boss in a region that does not show at the map and doesn't count as % at the end of the game. if it counts, for non-backers the room itself would count for both IGA's room and the room itself.
4) I firmly believe Miriam will have some kind of flying ability, since that is common at Igavanias, to traverse the whole castle. The best flying ability of all Igavanias is Volaticus from Shanoa, that gives her crow-like wings to match up with her inspired crow-like looks (i don't know why, she looks like a crow to me, somehow). I would love if Miriam had something like that. A Shard (probably effective, considering how i imagine those will work, we didn't saw a single one yet) that makes her grow crystal butterfly-like wings to fly beautifully.
5) I believe that, if the game has a garden, it would be a wasted opportunity to not put crystalized roses there. Small and huge. As scenery and enemy.
6) I would like if it could be a reborn motiff. The Magi-curse turns people into beacons for demons to show up and attack / devour them. The demons has a natural attraction to the magi-curse for some reason, so it is only natural that, covered on them, you would be consumed and turn into something else that does not need to be a demon itself.
7) That is the million dollar question. Crafting is in the game. Period. How it is gonna work? No clue. IGA said a lot of things about it and it doesn't seem that any idea lasted.
8) Don't think so. I think what happens with Gebel will depend on what we do during the game. One or two events that wil change the battle's outcome.
9) Most definitely for both.
10) I can see Gebel as a potential recurring villian, but for some reason, something tells me that it will not be this way...
11) Abbout Zangetsu, i believe he could be a sword fighter with all Miriam's Shard slots filled with Ofuda powers of his own, maybe a familiar that he can summon with his left arm, the spirit that resides within the prostetic arm. As for the whip wielder, i REALLY hope that does not happen. As i already said tons of times, Bloodstained needs to walk on it's on, and not be a carbon copy of Castlevania. Another good reason to have Dominique as a playable character, using exorcist magic.
12) I have two ideas: a) costumized looks will be a extra slot at the equipment sets, called "custom". So, you wouldn't be able to customize everything, just equip customization kits. b) the game will have a separate menu, maybe with a 3d model of Miriam to equip things.
13) If i'm not mistaken, Succubus's cries at her music from her battle are also made by her sister, that is a profesional singer. SOme music will be made by orchestra, so, that is possible.

Costumes will change Miriam's parameters, some will give buff. Some will allow you to change color on them, hair included.
Bonus: They will be borrow Gun Volt ideas too for cross-promotion.

Also heard, depending on which community clan, (not weapon clan), that you are a part of in the Bloodstained community (choosing in the kickstarter project) you get a code, this will join the different clans and communities together to share these codes, which will give us (probably) costumes.
