ooh i like the one about lighting, having an area that swings widely between pinpoints of light to incredibly dark until you get an ability or a flaming familiar that lights up the area could be a soft way to bar progress (people well versed in the game could easily traverse in complete darkness whereas newer players would visit it later) and make for a visually claustrophobic area

Actually, during the spiky room before the spike armor in SotN, I manage to go through the room for the first time using the mist ability.. I do not know HOW, but I remember the exploration of SotN was the BEST. I really loved it, god, its like the best game I know, top 100! So I hope Bloodstained will at least manage to become my top 20, if not top 10 of all time. I fear for much but looking forward to more.  I know, I know.. Might sound odd to have SotN like the "best game ever" but in my case, its true. So all those fun things in SotN, like a pitch-black room was one of many cool puzzles in the Castlevania-series I enjoyed. Oh man.. Back to topic. If you guys want me to copy + phase any questions, I will do it. Just let me know. |
