imo it looks like the real Mighty no. 9!

I'm surprised.
This looks really good.
I would play this, it makes me wonder if Mighty No. 9 will still have more games.
Inti Creates seems to be handling it alright (well, they are really good on these type of games anyway).

I know, it's kind of odd how this and Blaster Master Zero were completely under the radar until they were like already released. Inti is churning things out in stealth mode that look great.  |

Inticreates has always had an impressive resume of 2D action, and I think the Burst mechanic could be really interesting if there are multiple levels of weapon enhancement going on.
I'm always quick to sing Gunvolt's praises, so my guess is that MN9 was just conflicting mechanics rather than a poor vision.

Anybody else playing it? What's really cool about MGB is that you can essentially create all of your own boss weapons. You can make your own homing missiles, curving gyros, big slow crystal shots...and even bouncing Mario fire flower fireballs lol. It's really a neat idea. I don't just mean you pick one appearance/movement/speed either, there are several options within what you pick too, like different speed and tracking levels for the homing shots, curve angles, acceleration changes, etc. Gunvolt himself has entirely different things and it sounds like more characters are coming. No idea who those could be...Copen? Call? MIRIAM?  ? |
