New official artwork of Bloodstained!

I've got a Kickstarter and a water bill to pay off soon. If I went without decent food for four days, maybe (so just bread, peanut butter, eggs, milk, Vegemite). The question is, will it be worth it?

Two magazines though ... $12 each pretty much ... decisions ...

I don't know guys, save your money. Chances are you can get a scan of that image from a website without text covering it before long.

I dunno, I think you'll get buyers remorse, especially after getting the actual game with its physical goodies and artbook if you spent that much... if not.. I dunno, spending 20 bucks on a magazine for a text-covered single piece of art and not the extra for all those other more significant goodies really seems silly to me.. It's your money and you can spend it as you please but it really seems like a jerk-desire because that's all you can get of the game right here and now IMO.

Ehh I decided to get it because of the value behind it for myself, plus it only costs $11.00 for me so it's fine.

I think the colour is appropriate because that purpleyish crimson hue is... I wouldn't GIRLY per say, but it certainly can be seen as feminine more than masculine I suppose..But that's not why. I think it's kind of a elegant, pretty colour, which is actually pretty appropriate for gothic furnished castles with stained glass windows everywhere...and have you seen the screenshots? Even the content that isn't part of a window has color and contrast as though the screen ITSELF were part of a stained glass window... it's pretty. Not to mention castlevania's music isn't dark, it's often classy and elegant, or 'pumped up' sometimes.

That's more opinion than fact of course, but whether or not you agree with it, fact is the color of the title is QUITE fitting for how people like myself view these games. Of course I never played bloodstained, maybe it will be dark and horrible more than elegant and beautiful, but...I suspect people like myself will most certainly see actuation for my desires.

Just take a moment to observe and appreciate the beauty in this artwork. That has to be thorns on the whip, perhaps a vine whip of sorts. Are those evil demonic eyes watching me through the stained glass on the floor over there...?? WHIP-SMACK!! Ahh that's better. Oh and those purple flamed candles...drool. I've always loved those. Glad they are considering adding them in.
