-Will it be two handed game? ( equip weapons for both hands, maybe even shields of some sort coming back)
-Will certain weapons have special attacks ( the alucard sword had a teleport slash for instance, shield rod also had special abilities) ?
-Will any items change Miriam's appearance? ( capes, different shields...etc)
-If transformations return will it be a deep system with abilities for each transformation?
-Will cool abilities like gravity jump make a return in a new way of course?
-Will there be some sorta focus on easter egg type equipment like those boots that added to your height? ( actually made you taller)
-Will enemies actually drop enemy specific weapons or items? ( i.e. medusa dropping a medusa shield) - this was a really cool feature and I think it should be considered. Items that feel like they would belong to the enemy you got it from too.
-Will we able to attack diagonally again or is that not coming back?
-Will we be able to slide?
-Will the familiars be like in SOTN where it has a deep system which includes leveling, and having genuine personalities, and cool abilities or features? ( i.e. talking, helping you with hints, and changing as they level up like equipping the sword familiar as a weapon)
-Will the familiars be able to stay with us instead of using MP? ( I think that matters a lot)
-More about the castle and inspiration and influences when designing it. Will there be a focus on making the location lived in and feel as real as possible. Maybe a location showing weather effects that change, one moment fog another time rain...or...inhabitants that help you along or maybe even try to make things harder for you...( it's my biggest fear in terms of this game, as the games I liked least were usually liked less because the castle wasn't as memorable)
- Any clarification if button input spells might come back in some form even just for a few really cool spells. ( A really cool spell for example and a pretty simple button input was Dark Metamorphosis...loved how Alucard yelled it and then started glowing red...also cool how blood gave him life.. a cool spell similar to that and spells of that nature would be cool with a SIMPLE button input)
These are the details i'm most excited about getting answers too. These are the details that I think if this game included them it would push this title over the top as possibly the best Igavania. Your thoughts on the different questions?

Obviously I don't know yet how the equipment menu will look like but if it's anything like the previous games then just have a slot called "Headgear" and another one named "Headgear (Cosmetics)." But well, that's for IF you have gear that changes your looks, which I would like as well.

I can't wait to dual wield XD That would work too but wouldn't that be a lot of work? they'd have to make a new look for every slot... there would be head, body, cape/coat, arms, hands, legs feet... and what would happen if two parts affect each other? I just think it would be easier to have a costume slot and it changes all of their clothes at once. this would give them a chance to go all out on outfits. the ability to make cool/silly/sexy outfits and make a lot of them. I do like your idea though and if I didn't think it would (mind you this is just an arbitrary though, and based on nothing lol) take a lot of time and money I would be all for it.

Blech. Maid outfits =p. Costume changes are very likely since we already know its implimented to some extent via the pure dress miriam or whatever its called.
Speaking of which, her outfit is KINDA similar to noire's clear dress, which is like my fave outfit ever, having long twintails to go with it would be bonus. Itll never happen though =p.
But dear goodness shes cute, squeeee!

I hope if they do add outfits you can find in the game and equip...they have outfits that have cool effects or visuals.
Like the twilight cape from SOTN or the blood cape which gives you hearts. Stuff that looks cool visually but also has functions.

I will have the digital Steam version of the game, and I do enjoy some modded Skyrim... I think Mods would be great, I would totally get a Valkyrie costume, ha ha

Would modding be PC only? I've never tried on a console. Depends on the game. Modding is typically pc only. But sinc3 both pc and console will use UE4, it should be quite easy for the devs to just make it so mods use a file format that is recognised on both platforms that you can install via a usb stick. For example people make costumes on the pc for neptunia and they are compatible with consoles... Of course those are only texture mods. It still should be possibke to make other mods compatible to both too though provided it uses a unreal script format.

Double post cuz multi quoting on phone is a bish.
"No modding cuz people will make porno miriam" BUT THATS THE POINT (kidding). Seriously though, yeah itll happen but I dont see why we should care how people spend their time. I think not having "good" mods just because people want to police how others should spend their private lives to be unconstructive. If you are worried about exposing players to objectionable material online, texture mods are generally client side only.
edit: on pc so I can edit easily now.
I just wanna point out that even if texture mods is not supported, that da nude mod community will very likely figure out a way to make such mods for the game anyway... They kinda always do...

Some of the funny/interesting details were possible in the later CV games because they were able to reuse assets and focus on other things. Hopefully even though they are starting from scratch, that we'll be able to see all the fun details in this first game.

I'd definitely concern myself with most of the things listed here, though I'm sure these will all be part of the game anyway, in some form. IGA would guarantee it. Right now, I'm actually interested to find out if there will be any items in the game to serve as easter-eggs. (I'd love moonwalking boots, especially)

I hope for equipment that in some cases actually do make some cool changes. Like the boots in SOTN that increased Alucards height ( FOR REAL). Little things that actually change details in the game would be cool. Moonwalking boots ...that sounds awesome haha. Maybe even something like Vampire boots that'll let you glide more as you fall. Like a slower fall animation with them on that allows you to precision fall better. Speed boots make you run faster.. Things like that. Less just stat increases more actual changes.
