Hello all,
Upon checking Humble Bundle again, I noticed their new bundle named Humble Intergalactic Bundle.
I then saw that they give one game away for free, it being Galactic Civilizations Ultimate Edition (worth $9.99).
Even if you don't buy the bundle, as long as you got both a Humble Bundle and Steam accounts, you can get the game for free... after much verification.
