Just saw it. The Lego Batman Movie is perfect. It's even got Dracula and Medusa as villains.

The Lego Batman movie was probably the best DC movie since The Dark Knight. I liked how it actually had fun with the characters instead of having all the fun come from quoting Bane over and over again like some Batman movies do, and how it wasn't excessively gritty, depressing, edgy, or trying to be cool in order to impress people like all the recent live-action DC movies. I also appreciated how it had Doug Benson using his Bane voice for Bane and Batman saying "...because I'm BATMAAAAN!" from How It Should've Ended. Also "IRON MAN SUUUUUCKS!" And an actual spoiler. I was giddy during the whole sequence where Dick Grayson/Robin stole the Nightwing suit from the Batcave. We finally got to see a version of Nightwing in a Batman movie! |
