You sound like a guy thats trying way too hard to find something wrong.  

First of all, when you're designing something, rules usually are bent for the sake of design. You can't just force reality into something that isn't supposed to follow reality and then proclaim its wrong. 
For example I could easily say "How come you can't see miriam's legs!?!"
But I would't say that, because I understand how graphics work.

Also have you even seen gameplay at all? Stained glass roses fall and float form candles all the time.

I can't really say much about this one other than "No she doesn't"
Maybe if she was looking straight at the flowers maybe you would have a point.

Characters don't have to be in a battle pose all the time. In fact alot of the most prominent promotional images have her doing a non fighting pose quite similar to the Tshirt design. (See below)
Also, how do you know what her character is like? I've been following this project for years and I have no clue.

I personally like the minimalistic design. But i understand it's a matter of opinion.
Also I'm not 100% sure on this one but the limited colors might be a result of the screen printing process.

If Fangamer was trying to sell me a shirt with pre-exsisting art I would't be buying it. For whatever thats worth.

Im glad we have actual professionals doing it. Not armchair art experts.

As of right now, unisex size L through 6X are sold out, but unisex XS - M are still in stock, and all women's cuts are still available as well. I got a Large a shot bit ago, may have been one of the last few orders to sneak in for one.

Freaking lame, I just NOW got the email and all sizes for men are already sold out.  How long till we can reorder for JUST  usbackers only since your out of stock ?   I just got the email over a day late

E-mails in batch are slow, I usually get discounts on sites 1 day AFTER the event ends. It is like that. Be happy they ordered a new batch. Hopefully 4 x times bigger this time
