third party companies were involvedwith the development of the switch.
Companies such as Activision, EA, and various other companies were involved with Nintendo while the switch was being made. They would have high ranking members of said companies go to Nintendo headquarters to offer ideas and sugestions. Many of the systems features were implimented at the suggesion of said companies to make it easier for third party developers to make games for The Switch.

It's only been 9 days, and I'm feeling a bit impatient to see more information on the new 2018 Fire Emblem game for the Switch. I almost can't believe that there's already a board set up on GameFAQs for it. |

So, I've heard that at PAX, the line to play the Nintendo Switch was circling the booth several times over.
Overall, the Switch's marketing is doing a much better job then the Wii U's marketing did.

also retro keeps trolling with picsof prime rib when people ask what theyre working on a wild switch appears! (ui info and setup) so far looks like setting up the systemll take a couple minutes, set your language and region (am, eu, aus, jp) probably for eshop access (i find it odd they do this before you choose your nick, but adding more users may follow a similar setup cause you can have 8/system from reports), username, user icon is from a premade list or mii (similar to xbone and ps4 avatars), 2 themes (white/black), eshop needs an update to access (im betting that update will launch 3/3 to prevent early access to it before servers are ready), the ui is super sleek and easy to use, its not cluttered with unnecessary crap you cant get rid of like ps4s and xbones ui and everythings very snappy and has nice crisp sounds, i like what i see so far
